Barbara W. Stanger at 94 (hard to believe) is a professional artist, jeweler and teacher (at the college level), with a BFA degree and an MA in Art Education. She started making brass ornaments in 1983, after receiving a commission from the Metropolitan Opera Guild in NYC, and has sold them in galleries and fine craft stores all across the USA.
