Agelio Batle

Agelio Batle’s early ceramic work was chosen in 1988 by the American Craft Museum (NY) to represent the best work in the country for artists under thirty in Young Americans.  Soon after, he made his first Graphite hand.

His graphite objects, 26 years in the making, have been  sold in curated shops throughout the world including The Smithsonian Museum,  The Museum of Art and Design NY, Noguchi Museum NY, DeVera NY, Bon Marche (Paris), Lane Crawford ( Hong Kong, Beijing), Beymen (Istanbul), The Garage (Moscow), and many, many more.

Agelio continues to make work in San Leandro.
